Senior Digital Marketing, B2B Expert:
Partners with internal business groups to create and automate/execute digital and email marketing initiatives that support Company strategy and objectives.
Defines the value proposition, marketing strategy for this new e-commerce service platform for merchants, conduct first actions & campaigns, secure the market fit approach.
o Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
o Work with channel managers to guide strategy, implementation and execution of digital/email marketing campaigns.
o Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.
o Utilize marketing to develop campaign distribution lists that support segmentation tactics.
o Assist in the execution of testing and optimization strategies for continued performance improvement.
o Stay current on email marketing/digital marketing trends and best practices.
o Manages the B2B Marketing, the Digital Marketing and the e-commerce
o Drives the Strategy upfront, manages the offer and launches the first campaigns.
o Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
o Five years of experience in a digital marketing role.
o B2B/B2BC/B2C marketing strategy development experience.
o Intermediate/advanced knowledge of HTML.
o Experience with major ESPs, including campaign automation and data integration.
o Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM laws.
o Analytical skills.
o Creative and strategic thinking ability.
o Attention to detail.
o Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
o Proficiency using MS Office applications.
o Preferred Qualifications
o SQL/scripting experience.
o Salesforce / Marketing Cloud experience.
o Experience with Adobe Create Suite.
o Expertise and prior hands on deployment with Journey Builder
o Comfort and prior hands on experience with Automation Studio
o Expertise and prior hands on development of emails with dynamic content, segmentation, personalization, etc.
o Comfort and prior hands on experience with Cloud pages
o Comfort and familiarity with Mobile Studio (hands on experience a plus)
o Comfort and familiarity with Einstein (hands on experience a plus)
o Comfort and familiarity with WorkFront (hands on experience a plus)
o Specialist in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing and e-commerce
o Capable to drive the Strategy upfront, to manage the offer and to launch the first campaigns
