CRM Requirements Engineer - Zurich, Switzerland

We have immediate Openings for CRM Requirements Engineer based at Zurich.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years’ experience as a BA/RE or Product owner

• Application domain exposure : CRM, Digital Marketing, Digital Experience Platforms, Data Platforms

• Experience of Agile practices including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

• Experience of requirements elicitation techniques, (e.g. interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, role playing and prototyping)

• Strong UX background with practical knowledge of UX tools and methodologies

• Exposure on Data management and integration projects

• Good understanding of Financial Services domain
