Wealth Management Business Analyst - Geneva, Switzerland

For one of our Banking Customers located In Geneva, we are looking for a Wealth Management Business Analyst & Project Manager to join the « local & transversal solutions » team of the WMIS department. You’ll contribute to several ongoing WM deployment FileNet projects.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the ‘Transversal Domain’ Division Manager, and the Regional WMIS CIO, the Business Analyst – hereafter BA – will conduct and participate to the evolutions and support of our automated dematerialize internal processes and document storage developed on FileNet platform and also other transversal tools like TAT (authentication, …).

In particular, the BA will:

Act as the lead Project manager regarding projects concerning Europe (CH, Monaco, Spain) and manage end-to-end the life-cycle of the project, within the Bank WMIS methodology
Gather Users requirements and negotiate scope coverage vs budgets or planning constraints
Drive the development and delivery process with development, testing and support team (Security, Architecture, Production, ...)
Coordinate all teams working on the same projects, jointly with IT team leaders
Ensure and anticipate the training, deployment plan and User Change Management
Ensure the good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders on each location
Actively contribute to global solutions definition and its breakdown into each location
Apply rigor and high-level standards on deliverables and project management
Drive or Contribute to Steering Committee of the projects of the portfolio
Functional Skills

Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management is mandatory
Good knowledge of Wealth Management domains, activities and internal / transversal processes :
Client onboarding
Account Review
KYC
Document management
Technical Skills

Filenet (process engine et content engine) is a plus but not mandatory
3 tier java based architecture
General knowledge (SQL, Scripting, java/J2EE, principles of IT architecture, IT Security concepts)
Interpersonal Skills

Rigor, self-organization and method
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Synthesis skills and risk-oriented communication to Management
Strong Autonomy
Capacity to switch from detailed operational analysis to high level program wide vision with strong anticipation skills
Ability to manage relationship with other teams (users, development, architecture, integration…) and other team members
Implication and availability, Results oriented

Languages

French : Native
English : Very good proficiency is mandatory
Expected Work Experience and Education

Experienced Project Manager Business Analyst profile with an experience of a
minimum of 10 years

Others

Swiss or European citizenship mandatory
Starting : ASAP, unlimited duration

Occupancy Rate: 100%

Collaboration Format : Swiss « Portage Salarial » (no commission)

Rate: The gross monthly salary is 12’000 CHF (around 10’500 €), including 25 vacation days
